Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case you are refunded in full.
Payments
Prices are shown in your selected currency and converted from our base price for display. The final charge is taken in the currency shown at checkout.
Shipping
Estimated delivery is 6–12 days. Shipping is calculated by country and order total; orders above 750 SEK ship free.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
